Cluster Manager – Agency Channel

About the Role
Peerless Financial Products Distribution Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to lead business growth across multiple branches through the Agency Channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agency development, sales leadership, and team management, with the ability to build and scale a high -performing distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive business performance across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high -performing agency teams and advisors.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive agency productivity, advisor activation, and business expansion.
  • Monitor branch performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and business reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Foster a high -performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Candidate Profile
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, NBFC, Mutual Funds, or Agency Distribution.
  • Currently working as a Branch Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Candidates currently at the Branch Manager level who aspire to move into Cluster or Regional leadership roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record in agency development, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention of advisors and sales teams.
  • Strong experience in driving sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple branches and deliver consistent business performance.
  • Strong analytical and decision -making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
Preferred
  • Candidates who can onboard and build a high -performing agency team are strongly preferred.
  • Existing network of active advisors, agency leaders, or sales professionals will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business through agency development and team acquisition.
  • Proven success in consistently exceeding sales and business growth targets.
