Job Responsibilities
• Should have experience handling multiple outlets or facilities.
• Should have experience in handling Hyderabad City.
• Should have extensive experience in handling operations of multiple centers.
• Should be able to drive amazing customer experience and process excellence through team.
• Recruit and train the team on company standards and process.
• 100 % implementation of SOPs
• Drive the Community Team to exceed Community Members expectations
• Directly and directly responsible for alliances and partnerships and driving the revenues through alliances
• Motivate the Community team to minimize attrition and encourage Awfis culture. Highest standards of service delivered by Team at all levels. Prepare and deliver sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, encourage feedback, suggest solutions and execute improvements. Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols with 0% deviation
• Initiate, collaborate and manage events for member’s engagement and education.
Role of AWFIS to prepare a new Team Member:
• AWFIS SOP and Guidelines induction will be imparted, and material shared
• Training on business specific SOPs and Background (eg. Collections, renewals)
• Share updated design and layout specs and training on Centre layout
• Induction session in relevant Verticals of AWFIS
• Scheduled Exposure to all subgroups within the Department to understand the key focus areas of Operations Department.

Eligibility: • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years
• Must have worked with at least one organization for 2 years
• Should have managed an annual revenue of a minimum of 75 million INR.
• Worked as a Cluster Manager OR Area Manager (Handled entire city) in the last 2 years.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
