Cluster Manager B2B

Key Responsibilities
 Drive B2B business development strategy and execution across Assam & NE states
 Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, distributors, and institutional clients
 Build strong relationships with local business communities, trade bodies, and
community networks (incl. JITO ecosystem)
 Own revenue targets and P&L accountability for the assigned region
 Develop go-to-market plans for new products/services and market penetration
 Lead and mentor a regional sales/BD team
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy
 Represent the company at regional business forums, trade events, and community
engagements
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) forseamless execution

Requirements
 3– 7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in retail,
FMCG, healthcare, e-commerce, or distribution sectors
 Proven track record of regional market expansion and team leadership
 Strong network within Assam/NE business community; familiarity with JITO or
similar community networks preferred
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
 Willingness to travel extensively across Assam & NE
 MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
