CM Team-Structural/Civil Superitendent 1

The QCM Team-Structural/Civil Superintendent shall be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities of the high-rise project are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality standards. The role focuses on establishing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance and safety as tower in charge across all phases of construction.

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities of high-rise residential buildings in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure execution as per project milestones including structure, finishing, façade, and external development works.
• Coordinate closely with contractors to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure implementation of quality standards, inspection plans, and checklists at all stages of construction.
• Monitor compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and PMC quality benchmarks.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor performance and productivity on-site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and track progress against agreed schedules.
• Track construction progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risks.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and client representatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and EHS norms on-site.
  Monitor material usage and ensure approved materials are used at site.

• Diploma /B.E. - Civil Engineering 
• 15-18 years of experience in construction of High rise residential projects.
• Excellent skills on MS excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Excellent Interpersonal and presentation Skills.
