Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporates and NBFCs, for new business acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate treasury departments to understand their needs and drive sales of our FinTech solutions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Market Research & Client Acquisition:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within the FinTech space.
- Utilize your network and prospecting skills to identify and connect with key decision-makers in corporate treasury departments.
Client Onboarding & Service Delivery:
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery for new clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the BFSI or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of success in hunting sales and institutional sales, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury functions, financial products, and retail banking sales practices.
- Experience in selling FinTech solutions, corporate treasury products, SME sales, or NBFC sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex business environments.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences (if applicable).
