Job Description - CNC : HMC Operator

Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet precise quality standards and required dimensions. Conduct first -run and in -process inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Accurately record production data, time cards, and quality logs. Strictly follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production goals and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GDT).
Knowledge of HMC machine
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Basic math skills for calculations related to material fabrication.
