Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CCA Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage the school’s Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) for students. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and event-management skills with the ability to engage students and coordinate effectively with teachers and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate co-curricular activities for students across different grades.
  
• Develop and manage the annual CCA calendar and activity schedules.
  
• Organize competitions, clubs, cultural programs, celebrations, and school events.
  
• Coordinate with teachers and activity in-charges for smooth execution of activities.
  
• Identify and nurture students’ talents and encourage participation.
  
• Monitor student participation and maintain activity-related records.
  
• Organize inter-house and inter-school competitions and events.
  
• Coordinate rehearsals, performances, exhibitions, and special assemblies.
  
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and in accordance with school policies.
  
• Communicate activity schedules and requirements to students, teachers, and parents.
  
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to school management.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CCA/activity coordination, preferably in a CBSE school.
  
• Strong event planning and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple activities and teams effectively.
  
• Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach.
