What We’re Looking For

Strong background in Business Valuation, HR, or technology-driven businesses.
A well-connected professional with access to enterprise clients or investors.
A hands-on leader who can guide business strategy and scaling efforts.

We are offering a strategic investment opportunity for a co-founder who can bring in ₹5 Cr INR to help scale our HR business. To ensure a fair and lucrative return on investment, we propose the following

Payback Structure:

Investment Amount: ₹5 Cr INR
Royalty on Earnings: 20% of net earnings (profit after taxes) will be allocated to repay the principal investment.
Payback Timeline: The investor will continue receiving 20% of net earnings until the full principal amount is repaid.
Equity Stake: The investor will also receive an equity share in the company (negotiable based on valuation and investment terms).
Post Payback Earnings: After the full principal repayment, the royalty will stop, and the investor will continue benefiting from their equity stake, ensuring long-term returns.

High level of integrity and ethical standards in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with company goals.
Invest ₹5 Cr INR and join as a strategic business leader.
Expand market reach by leveraging your business development and enterprise sales expertise.
Build partnerships with FINANCE/IT firms, enterprises, and key industry players.
Drive fundraising strategies and potential future acquisitions/IPO
Analyse financial statements and investment proposals to assess viability.
