Job Description - Collections' Associate

ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT:

MUST SPEAK SUPERIOR ENGLISH!!!!----WITH MINIMAL MOTHER TONGUE INFLUENCE.

Ability to Execute:

Required number of quality outbound and/or inbound calls during business hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

Adhere strictly and without flaw to all company policy, operational process, procedures and compliance requirements.

Provide excellent customer service while communicating with all the customers in determining the best option for resolving delinquency.

Attention to detail in documenting and classifying all accounts in company or client systems.

Team player. Diligently execute tasks as assigned.

Please Note: Night Hours Conveyance Facility is provided to all female employees.
