Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1100000 (ie INR 6-11 LPA)

Min Experience: 7 years

Location: Pune, Hoshiarpur

JobType: full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Commercial Manager with expertise in the Rubber, Tyre, and Auto Parts industry. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to manage client requirements, drive sales, and support business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial discussions with clients and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within rubber, tyre, and auto parts segments.
  • Prepare and manage technical proposals, cost estimates, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure product performance and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular engagement and technical presentations.
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve business targets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, tyre technology, or auto parts manufacturing.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial or techno-commercial roles within the rubber, tyre, or auto components sector.
  • Prior experience managing OEMs and large-scale customers is highly desirable.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in costing, pricing, and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
