We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations, bid management, proposal development, and contract administration for strategic business opportunities. This role is responsible for managing the complete commercial lifecycle—from evaluating customer requirements and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to negotiating contracts and ensuring successful commercial execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in bid management, commercial negotiations, proposal development, contract management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with sales, business development, finance, legal, delivery, and technical teams to develop competitive commercial proposals that align with business objectives while minimizing commercial risk.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete bid lifecycle, including reviewing, analyzing, and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Lead the preparation of high-quality commercial proposals, bid responses, pricing models, and contractual documentation.
Collaborate with sales, technical, finance, legal, and delivery teams to develop competitive and compliant bid submissions.
Evaluate commercial risks, contractual obligations, pricing structures, and profitability before proposal submission.
Review customer contracts, identify commercial and legal risks, and coordinate negotiations to achieve favorable business outcomes.
Develop pricing strategies and commercial models that balance competitiveness with business profitability.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and commercial governance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate pricing models, profitability, and commercial risks.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing customer-facing proposals and executive presentations.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and proposal management or CRM tools.
A proactive, results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to driving business growth through successful bid and contract management.
