Commercial Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Supervisor to oversee and coordinate commercial activities, ensuring efficient quotation management, vendor coordination, client relationship management, commercial negotiations, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, sales, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the commercial department.
  
• Prepare accurate and customized quotations based on client requirements and budgets.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to assess service feasibility and pricing.
  
• Prepare quotations covering permissions, airport fees, aircraft ground handling, transportation, HOTAC, and other required services.
  
• Maintain updated pricing information and databases for various commercial services.
  
• Stay updated on relevant policies, industry trends, and pricing.
  
• Research airport services, accommodation, transportation, and other services required for crew and clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Negotiate pricing and credit terms with vendors and suppliers.
  
• Review and negotiate contracts with companies.
  
• Identify and secure clients for fuel and concierge services.
  
• Support payment collection, expenditure control, financial reporting, and credit-risk evaluation.
  
• Assist in developing and implementing commercial procedures and processes.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, preferences, and special requests.
  
• Train and supervise new employees within the commercial department.
  
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
  
• Address operational requirements, employee shortages, and other commercial department needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  
• Be flexible with working hours based on business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent qualification.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial, Procurement, or a similar role.
  
• Minimum 2 years of customer relationship experience.
  
• Strong quotation, pricing, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
  
• Good understanding of commercial processes and documentation.
  
• Strong communication and writing skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  
• Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
  
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Result-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
