Commi - Sushi and Asian Section

Roles & Responsibilities:-

•  Assist in food preparation and presentation of high-quality Sushi and Asian dishes


•  Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards


• Support the smooth operation and statuin readuness of the kitchen during shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and components for sushi and Asian dishes


• Assist in cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes


• Maintain station readiness and cleaning duties


•  Collaborate with the chef and team to ensure efficient service


•  Develop knowledge of sushi and Asian cuisine, ingredients, and techniques


• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations


•  Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu development

Qualifications:

•  Culinary training or certification (preferred)


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask


•  Keen interest in sushi and Asian cuisine


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Physical stamina to stand for long periods


• Teamwork and communication skills

Skills:

•  Basic cooking techniques and knife skills


•  Knowledge of sushi and Asian ingredients and preparation methods
