We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Commis II - Bakery to join our professional culinary team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our bakery department, you will contribute to creating high-quality baked goods while maintaining excellent hygiene standards and collaborating with other kitchen staff.

• Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
• Follow recipes, methods, and instructions from the Executive Chef accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest expectations in quality and service
• Properly use and maintain bakery equipment and utensils
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Participate in menu development and implementation of new recipes
• Ensure the timely preparation of baked goods for various functions and events
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bakery role
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification in baking and pastry arts
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and cooking methods precisely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Efficient time management and organizational abilities
• Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for baking and creating high-quality products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
