Job description

- Bulk Food processing skills

- Knowledge on Food Product

- Menu Programming - Production Planning

- Variance and wastage control, Inventory Management for RM, PM, FP

- Stakeholder Management with Maintenance, Retail Ops, Quality, Supply Planning, Procurement

- Meet targets as per Production Fillrate, Dispatch Fillrate - Food Cost, Recipe correction

- Food Design & Scalability

- Training for CK staffs

- Uniforms & Grooming standards

- Deep knowledge on Butchery activity

- Poultry, Meat products

- Knowledge on automation in Food Processing updated with latest technologies

- To work on Food Safety & Quality controls & Upkeep the hygiene of the facility.
