About the Role

We're looking for remote, commission-based Sales Agents across India to help us bring WeatherXM’s unique weather data services to market.
You’ll introduce our hyperlocal weather data to businesses, agritech companies, researchers, environmental agencies, and more. This is an ideal role for someone with sales experience looking for a flexible, remote side opportunity with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Promote and sell WeatherXM’s weather services.
• Research and contact potential customers in your region.
• Educate clients on our value proposition and close deals.
• Track sales activity using a simple CRM tool.
• Work independently, while receiving training and guidance from our team.

• You have experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or field marketing.
• You're comfortable reaching out to leads, pitching, and closing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
• Fluent in English; additional Indian languages are a strong plus.
• Based anywhere in India.
• Comfortable working remotely and part-time in a commission-only structure.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience selling tech, agricultural, or weather-related products.
• Knowledge of regional climate challenges or data needs.
• Background in startups or remote work environments.

• Commission-only structure with no cap on earnings:
• 15% commission for qualified leads that show real interest.
• Up to 50% commission if you close the deal or lead the full sales cycle.
• 100% remote – work from anywhere in India.
