What you'll do:
- You’ll grow through exposure to brand systems, campaign thinking and close collaboration with cross-functional teamsGain hands-on experience working across a wide range of formats, timelines and stakeholders in an in-house design environment
Graphic Design (Primary)
- Design and deliver high-quality graphic design work across digital and print mediums
- Create assets such as:
- Campaign creatives, social media posts, ads, banners and email visualsSales, event and conference collateral (booth graphics, one-pagers, decks, swag)
- Internal communication and employer brand assets
- Translate briefs into clear visual solutions aligned with brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency, clarity and attention to detail across all outputs
Video & Motion Design (Secondary)
- Create simple video edits, motion graphics and micro animations when required
- Edit videos for social, marketing campaigns, product explainers and events
- Adapt static designs into motion formats as needed
Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate closely within the Communication Design team and with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Community, and Internal Support teams
- Work on multiple projects in parallel, balancing timelines and priorities
- Consume briefs, ask the right questions and deliver work within agreed timelines
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate based on inputs from within the team
- Work within established brand systems while contributing ideas to improve clarity, consistency and execution
- Help maintain and organize shared design libraries (graphics, videos, layouts)
- Ability to juggle deadlines of small-to-large projects and work in a time-bound manner to develop, implement changes and fully finish creatives and videos
Your Expertise
- 1+ year of prior experience in graphic / communication design, including internships or full-time roles
- Proficiency in relevant tools, such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,)FigmaVideo and motion tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Rive, or equivalent
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for design, image generation, or video workflows
- Canva (for quick-turn or collaborative needs)
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from brief to delivery with guidance and creative direction
- Experience designing digital and print assets across a variety of formats
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and motion graphicsA strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, and motion)
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in communication design, graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of prior experience working in an in-house design team or agency environment
- Comfortable working on B2B / enterprise-facing content
- Able to balance creative thinking with structure, feedback and execution
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Nice to have: Experience in edtech, SaaS or product-led companies
