Job Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications Lead, based in Bengaluru. You will play a crucial role in managing high-performing content strategy & execution, supporting the cross functional teams in delivering content, copies, creatives, conversations, pitches, chatter on news & media and events - aligned with brand strategy - encompassing all channels - online, online, internal and external.
Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the customer base to understand their journeys, and create sticky content that tells their stories of empowerment
● Act as a creative leader - design and execute ideas that lead to best-in-class production across blog, newsletters, PR, videos - all forms of media - online to offline, from events to flyers and even the clinic aisles
● Serve as our Chief Storyteller
● Find ways to change the formats and forms of delivery in new/creative ways
● Define content strategy and roadmap/publishing schedule. Research, identify and select content that can be published on all communication channels.
● Ensure all forms of content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality, style and optimized for search and user experience
● Work with external vendors (designers, developers, editors, experience custodians - clinics and events) to produce high-quality content
● Contribute to strategy and branding, helping shape the our voice and visual identity
● Track and report on communication metrics, and iterate for impact
● 5-7 years of experience in communications, media, or public engagement, ideally at a place of joy and fun with 4-5 years in content management/production
● Strong understanding of visual communications that includes graphic design, illustration, color, typography, filming & animation
● Prior experience building content around disruptive, innovative products
● Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
● Ability to communicate complex topics in accessible and compelling ways
● Familiarity with technology (e.g., AI and data) is a plus
● Experience with managing agencies, cross team collaborations, cross channel deliverables, digital platforms and content creation workflows
● Comfort working independently and collaboratively across disciplines
● Attention to detail, timelines, and tone
● Good visual or design sensibility
