Communications Manager

We are looking for a strategic and articulate Communications Manager to develop and manage internal and external communication strategies that strengthen brand reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Manage corporate messaging, brand voice, and communication guidelines
  
• Handle media relations, press releases, and public relations activities
  
• Oversee internal communications, employee updates, and leadership messaging
  
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams on communication initiatives
  
• Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts
  
• Measure and analyze communication effectiveness and engagement
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  
• 5–10 years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate communications roles
  
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  
• Experience in media relations, stakeholder communication, and brand messaging
  
• Excellent strategic thinking and cross -functional collaboration skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives simultaneously
