What is the job about? 


 


As our new Communication Specialist, Technology & Innovation, you will be working with content development and creation with a special emphasis on the Technology & Innovation arena. Here you will create high-quality communication and become a go-to person in terms of communicating about technology and innovation.


 


What you will be doing


 



  • Developing inspiring content within the field of technology, innovation, trends and R&D with high-quality communication that informs, engages and enables audiences – in alignment with our overall objectives, plans and core messages

  • Sparing with Communications Business Partners, Press Officers and Communications Specialists, as well as with concrete assigned teams and projects on planning and alignment within the field of Technology & Innovation (e.g. current and new products and solutions, R&D and trends)

  • Further developing strong knowledge, competencies and capabilities within field of expertise.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across markets and business units

  • Building and leveraging strong storytelling capacity with channel understanding to ensure our great stories are delivered to our targeted audiences in the right way, at the right time, using the right channels


 


What makes you a great fit


 


Above all, you are a skilled storyteller with a strategic mindset, strong writing abilities, and a talent for translating complex topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences. We would also imagine that you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or content creation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously


It is a plus if you also:



  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization within the industrial or sustainability sector

  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, CMS platforms, and social media management
