Mudrex is a Y Combinator-backed organization on a mission to democratize investing. Retail investors use Mudrex to invest in crypto easily. Our flagship product, Coin Sets, has seen amazing traction in the markets we have launched.

We are growing rapidly, and to sustain and support this growth, we are expanding our team. The folks at Mudrex are young, driven, and dedicated to building a self-sustaining platform that simplifies investing in cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities:

Telegram Community Management

• Manage end-to-end Telegram operations: moderation, announcements, and community conversations

• Drive daily engagement through Q&As, polls, discussions, and thought leadership

• Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Trade Signals Generation & Distribution

• Create and deliver daily crypto trade signals using TradingView (entry, stop-loss, take-profit, and rationale)

• Own the signal funnel: distribution consistency, community engagement, and feedback loops

• Track and analyze signal performance metrics, providing weekly insights

Issue Escalation & Coordination

• Identify and escalate community issues, bugs, and support queries to Support/Tech teams

• Ensure fast and effective resolution of escalated issues to maintain community trust

Market Intelligence & Communication

• Identify emerging market opportunities, trends, and risks, and proactively share insights with the community

• Contribute to community education on trading best practices and risk management

• Monitor Reddit as a secondary touchpoint for community sentiment and crypto market chatter

Desired Profile

• Proven experience in crypto trading, with strong technical analysis skills and TradingView expertise

• Hands-on experience in community management, ideally within crypto/fintech

• Exceptional written communication tailored for fast-paced chat platforms

• Data-oriented mindset: comfortable tracking engagement and signal distribution metrics

• Ability to thrive under pressure and respond quickly to market developments

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Reddit or Discord community engagement

• Knowledge of risk management principles (stop-loss, take-profit, position sizing)

• Familiarity with funnel reporting tools (as an end-user)
