Community Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Community Associate to manage on-ground community activities and events. The role involves end-to-end event coordination, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, process compliance, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for students, faculty, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute community events from start to finish, including logistics and on-ground coordination.


• Ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards.


• Follow event processes, safety protocols, approvals, checklists, and documentation requirements.


• Drive participation and engagement through creative and interactive initiatives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, vendors, and other stakeholders.


• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for timely and quality delivery.


• Collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive community experience.


• Track event attendance, engagement, feedback, and other performance metrics.


• Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Strong event execution and on-ground coordination skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.


• Vendor coordination and event logistics experience.


• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.


• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.


• Willingness to work as per event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
