Strong Systems thinking skills for proactive actions Demonstrated managing multiple stakeholder relationships Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work/Rural Development/related fields Min. 2 years of Experience in implementing robust CSR projects in geographically diverse locations Assist in creating monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with the project's Theory of Change / Logframe and Timelines. Ensure project implementation in alignment with the objectives and annual plans through field visits, utilization analysis and regular interactions with the NGO's team Ensure regular data collection, cleaning, and analysis to track program outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators of the CSR programs. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, agreements, internal systems, documentation, reporting, supplier onboarding, and payment processing. Coordinate with internal departments and plan with NGOs to organize regular employee volunteering programs
