Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Must be well-versed in GTA V RP and content communities both within India and abroad

2. Should have experience working with and handling fiveM RP servers and Also have a server development background

3. Should have experience collaborating with GTA V community content creators and live streamers from major RP servers in India

4. Manage the overall community of streamers and video creators, including finding new talent and retaining them

5. Meet assigned targets for onboarding new creators and generating content for the product

6. Develop, implement, and maintain a watertight payment structure for all onboarded streamers

7. Develop regular insights to identify the best-performing and worst-performing creators

8. Stay on top of the app's product metrics to improve the quality and engagement of all onboarded creators

9. Maintain a constant chain of feedback with onboarded creators and act on it with actionable items

10. Devise regular goalposts and targets for all onboarded creators

11. Identify and report on streamers and content creators in terms of the engagement generated by their content, on a regular basis

12. Identify and onboard new talent within the GTA V community

13. Plan and execute unique in-game events and IPs to enhance community engagement
