Community Health Associate

Conduct community outreach and health awareness activities.

Assist in organizing health camps and screening programs.

Collect basic health data (BP, weight, temperature, etc.).

Support immunization and preventive health initiatives.

Educate community members on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.

Identify and refer patients to appropriate healthcare facilities.

Maintain records of community visits and health activities.

Coordinate with local health workers, NGOs, and healthcare providers.

Follow infection control and safety protocols.

Prepare field reports and submit regular updates to supervisors.

Basic knowledge of primary healthcare services and preventive care

0–2 years of experience in community health, public health, or related programs

Experience working in NGO, healthcare projects, or field -based health initiatives (Preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to conduct health awareness sessions and community outreach

Basic health screening skills (BP, weight, temperature, etc.)

Ability to collect, record, and report community health data accurately

Ability to work independently and in a team in field settings

Empathy, patience, and a community -focused approach

Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols

Physical stamina to travel and work in rural or urban community settings

Proficiency in basic MS Office or digital tools for reporting (Preferred)
