Job Role
We are looking for a Community Manager having 1 to 3 years of prior work experience, who can join us and help us out in developing content strategies to engage the company's online community. They will be responsible for building, growing and managing the Youtube channel and other community channels, engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events ensuring that they have a positive view of our brands, company, products, and services.
As a Community Manager working within the marketing department, you will coordinate to ensure brand consistency and generate new opportunities to engage with our followers on social media. The emphasis will be on brand awareness, campaign creation, evolving and maintaining brand architecture and positioning.
Roles and responsibilities
Understanding of content marketing, being able to conceptualize and create content (scripting) for the channels.
Create and Apply the right content strategy, and further assist video optimization, subscriber growth and viewership growth for Shrey's YouTube channels.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all YouTube and social media channels and coordinating with the team of designers as well as content writers.
Analyze and develop the audience growth strategies to increase viewership on channels
Manage the live and promotional events on different channels.
Strategize to increase the audience base by different type of content strategies and channels
Take continuous feedback and make changes on the overall look and design of the community channels.
Grow channels organically with the optimal usage of SEO/SMM tools.
A specific focus should be to grow the audience base in regions with the most effective commercial return.
Creating a complete schedule of when videos and content should be set live, keeping in mind the editorial vision for the channels. Further take care of the required rights/holdback requirements, workflow issues, contractual obligations, and any other cross-platform promotional or marketing campaigns.
In-depth understanding of KPIs and metrics for the Youtube and social channels (e.g., Average view duration vs. completion, watch time, etc.)
Identify new opportunities with continuous online and offline research in different domains
Conduct creative and effective engagement strategies with the subscriber base for retention of audience in community platforms.
Well-versed with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other social platforms to measure the impact on engagement of the content published.
Building the communication channel and relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders globally.
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Stay in a row with emerging trends, technologies across different channels
Collaborate with the marketing team for implementing marketing strategies that work across different channels
Help build out our influencer community by continuous communication across channels
Should be able to handle the work pressure and monthly targets.
