Job Description - Community Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and consistent Community Marketing Executive to

manage and grow our online communities, handle email marketing, and support

product promotions. The role requires strong engagement skills and coordination

with internal teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

â Manage and actively engage Facebook Group and other communities.

â Reply to comments, encourage discussions, and maintain regular interaction.

â Plan and execute contests, surveys, and engagement activities.

â Share product updates and announcements on social media.

â Conduct live product demos and explain features clearly.

â Create and schedule email campaigns; maintain email lists.

â Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams.

â Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

â Track basic metrics (email open rate, click rate, engagement).

â Maintain consistency in posting and email marketing.

Key Performance Indicators

â Consistent content posting without long gaps.

â Timely email newsletter execution.

â Active community engagement and quick responses.

â Smooth campaign and launch execution.

â Strong and visible online team presence.
