Community Mobiliser Awareness & Mobilization

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Community Mobiliser to support awareness and mobilization activities under the TB Mukt Janjyati Program. The candidate will play a key role in engaging tribal and rural communities, promoting tuberculosis (TB) awareness, and encouraging participation in screening and treatment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community awareness sessions on TB prevention, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
  
• Mobilize tribal and rural communities to participate in TB screening and healthcare activities.
  
• Organize village meetings, health campaigns, and IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities.
  
• Coordinate with local leaders, Self -Help Groups (SHGs), community influencers, and other stakeholders.
  
• Maintain records of outreach activities, community engagements, and beneficiaries reached.
  
• Support implementation of program activities in assigned field locations.
  
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of field activities.
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate preferred.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community mobilization, social development, public health, NGO, or field outreach activities.
  
• Strong communication skills in the local language.
  
• Ability to build rapport with community members and stakeholders.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
