Job Description - Company Secretary

Job Role : Company Secretary

Experience : 3-5 Years

Working days: Mon - Sat

Working Timing : 10.00-6.30

Qualifications : CS Qualified

Salary : 7-9 Lpa

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Candidate must have good knowledge of ROC, MCA, handling Corporate Law, Regulatory compliances, SEBI (LODR), ROC filing etc. with processing payroll, maintain payroll records, Tax Compliances, Benefits Administrations, monitoring Compliance, generating reports, & other relevant secretarial compliances.

2. Candidate should have good communication skills & able to work independently.
