About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with at least 2 years of post -qualification experience to manage corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory regulations and corporate laws.
Key Responsibilities
? Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements
? Handle board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings (AGM/EGM)
? Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and filings
? Draft resolutions, minutes of meetings, and legal documents
? Manage ROC filings and ensure timely compliance
? Advise management on corporate governance and legal matters
? Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
? Support due diligence, audits, and corporate restructuring activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
âï¸ Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
âï¸ 2+ years of post -qualification experience
âï¸ Strong knowledge of Companies Act, corporate laws, and compliance
âï¸ Experience in handling ROC filings and statutory records
âï¸ Good drafting and documentation skills
âï¸ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
â Experience in real estate / financial services / consulting environments
â Exposure to SEBI regulations and compliance
â Knowledge of FEMA and other regulatory frameworks
