Job Description - Company Secretary Executive

Experience: 0 -1 year

Salary: Up to ₹42,000

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (CS) Executive with 0 -1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills and preferably a consulting background. Knowledge of compliances related to foreign companies is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and implement compliance protocols.
Assist in convening and serving AGMs/meetings and taking minutes.
Stay updated with any regulatory or statutory changes.
Provide support to the board or other committees.
Act as a Point of Contact (PIC) and build good relationships with clients.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
0 -1 year of professional experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably from a consulting background.
Knowledge and exposure to compliances related to foreign companies (not mandatory).
