Purpose
Lead LTC’s total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and engage top talent. Drive enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Provide strategic insights and influence leadership decisions through advanced analytics and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute LTC’s compensation and benefits strategy in alignment with Group policy and India market trends.
Governance & Compliance: Oversee annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, incentives) ensuring robust governance, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Market Intelligence: Lead complex market surveys, pay benchmarking, affordability modeling, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Benefits Optimization: Design and refine benefits portfolio leveraging utilization analytics, ROI modeling, and employee experience metrics.
Analytics & Reporting: Partner with HR, Finance, and Data Hub to deliver advanced dashboards on pay equity, DEI, and workforce trends using tools like Power BI/Tableau.
Stakeholder Engagement: Advise business leaders on reward policies, create executive toolkits, and drive clarity and consistency across the organization.
Policy Development: Shape compensation governance frameworks and ensure alignment with India employment law and global compliance standards.
Profile
Education: MBA/PGDM from premier B-schools (e.g., IIM, MDI, IIFT, NMIMS, SIBM, SCMHRD).
Experience: 12–16 years in Compensation & Benefits, with proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale reward programs.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; strong familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, and analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau).
Strategic Acumen: Ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate data into business strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Specialized Expertise: Deep knowledge of salary survey methodologies, pay equity analysis, incentive design, and global mobility frameworks.
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of India employment law, tax implications, and HR compliance frameworks.
