To that end, we\u2019re seeking a Compensation Manager to support our various functions of business including but not limited to Content, VFX, Animation Studios. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the APAC Director of Compensation, and will be instrumental in shaping compensation strategy and leading strategic initiatives for this critical area of Netflix.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\n * Partner directly with senior leaders across Content and related business units, collaborating with HR teams to develop a global perspective on compensation for these functions.\n\n * Lead strategic compensation initiatives that support the growth and evolution of the business. \n\n * Provide analytics and insights to guide compensation decisions, ensuring we remain competitive and aligned with industry trends, particularly in the ever-changing entertainment landscape.\n\n * Champion the development and growth of compensation expertise within the team, providing thought leadership.\n\n * Develop and execute analyses to identify market movement, assess data gaps, and offer recommendations to close candidates while maintaining our personal top-of-market philosophy.\n\n * Partner with compensation analytics to uild and refine metrics and dashboards for business leaders and managers.\n\n * Develop processes that address the unique needs of the Content business from a compensation perspective.\n\n * Educate and advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and best practices.\n\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n * 10+ years of relevant compensation experience, ideally supporting the Creative or Entertainment side of the business in a fast-paced, global environment at a traditional studio or streamer.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to provide direction and counsel to HRBPs and senior business leaders.\n\n * Strategic mindset with a passion for compensation and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.\n\n * Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.\n\n * Familiarity with all aspects of compensation design.\n\n * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n\n\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
