We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Compliance Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in enforcing checklists, ensuring daily task completion, and holding team members accountable. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all departments follow their pre-defined checklists and SOPs on time and with accuracy.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to verify task completion.
• Identify delays, gaps, or incomplete work — address minor issues immediately and escalate major ones to management.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly compliance and performance reports.

Requirements:
