Job Description - Computer operator cum Stenographer

Graduate / Diploma in Commercial Practice - well versed with computer
application on various software

with 2 years’ experience in
infrastructure projects

with knowledge of shorthand & typing (speed of 30 wpm)

Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry, document preparation, and record management accurately
Take shorthand notes during meetings, discussions, and dictations, and transcribe them into clear and well -formatted documents.
Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and official correspondence.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and manual, ensuring confidentiality of information.
Handle routine office communication, including emails, notices, and circulars.
Assist project teams with preparing presentations, schedules, and reports.
Support senior officials with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of documentation work.
