  Research on Advisory/speakers/jury

  Coordinate for sponsorships
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with Design/Mktg team for brochure/marketing timelines

  Initiate and close partnership/Media tie ups

  Creating event flow/Agenda
