Configuration Management Engineer

Strong expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM), Change Management processes, Manufacturing and Logistics Operations. Develop, maintain, and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) including Master BOM, Manufacturing BOM, Production BOM, and Shipment BOM. Execute and support BOM generation, updates, and revision control in an ERP system. Manage and support Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and related Change Management processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in production, planning, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot BOM-related issues and work with teams to resolve discrepancies. Support shipment and logistics operations as required. Work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) to provide continuous operational support when required. Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage tasks in a time-sensitive production environment. Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an added advantage Exposure to Shipment & Logistics Operations is desirable but not mandatory B.E in Mechanical/ Industrial Production with​ 3-5 Yrs experience in Manufacturing - Production Planning / Logistics or Warehouse Operation or similar role.
