Construction consultant have experience more than 25years or more in Project management of green or brown filed projects.
• Construction consultant for site master planning:
• Supports development of project Construction Strategy, and Constructability plans by providing inputs during design stage.
• Check feasibility of the design proposals to ensure that all P&G standards are met with respect to safety, constructability
• -Evaluate and propose multiple options keeping in mind the various expansions planned in the future
• -On site presence during execution to ensure construction carried out as per P&G guidelines
• Lead discussions with construction vendors during execution
• Ability to develop the detailed schedule for Shut down activities, establish a tracking mechanism to ensure all interrelated activities are monitored for adherence to schedule.
• Ability to lead a team of interdisciplinary engineers & vendors to effectively deliver the project.
• Studying all types of drawings (GAD, P&ID, Isometrics, Vendor Drawings and Support Detail Drawings) & specification of the job in advance and listing down the scope of work.
• Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the project. Represents the discipline on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work.
