Project Manager - Construction & P&G Capital ProjectsPosition Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary client liaison and lead capital construction projects. You will leverage construction industry expertise and P&G best practices to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards from early design through final handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Stakeholder Management

  Act as the primary point of contact, representing client interests and aligning expectations on project goals and scope.

  Provide regular progress updates, track timelines, resolve issues, and manage formal handover upon completion.

  
  

Design, Engineering & Constructability

• 
  

  Provide constructability input during early design phases and actively participate in design reviews.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure detailed design deliverables are sufficient for construction and manage rigorous change control to prevent unauthorized alterations.

  
  

Procurement & Vendor Management

• 
  

  Prepare, review, evaluate, and make recommendations on bidder/tender documents.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in vendor kick-off meetings and align expectations for project execution.

  
  

Financial & Budget Control

• 
  

  Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure alignment with financial constraints.

  
  


• 
  

  Report regularly on financial performance and make proactive budget adjustments.

  
  

Quality, Safety & Risk

• 
  

  Establish and uphold stringent quality control processes and P&G-aligned standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Proactively manage safety, quality, and schedule issues while identifying and mitigating risks.

  
  

Team Leadership & Documentation

• 
  

  Lead, motivate, and assign tasks to project teams to foster clear accountability and high performance.

  Maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and handover verifications.

  
  

Qualifications & Expertise

• 
  

  Experience: Proven track record in capital or industrial construction project management, preferably using P&G or strict corporate engineering standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Skills: Strong background in design management, constructability reviews, and procurement/vendor evaluation.

  
  


• 
  

  Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in capital budgeting, cost tracking, and variance reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership: Excellent team motivation, delegation, and cross-functional communication skills.
