Key Responsibilities of a Site Supervisor:

• Supervising Workers: Directing and monitoring construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff to ensure work is progressing according to plans. 

• Coordinating with Subcontractors: Working with subcontractors to ensure their work is completed on time and to the required standards. 

• Liaising with Clients, Architects, and Engineers: Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and address any issues. 

• Ensuring Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to protect all personnel on site. 

• Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring it meets project specifications and building codes. 

• Managing Time and Budget: Keeping track of project progress, managing time, and ensuring the project stays within budget. 

• Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing any issues that may arise on site. 

• Training and Development: Providing on-the-job training and guidance to workers. 

• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential hazards on site.
