Consultant

delivering end-to-end Zoho One solutions that drive business efficiency and
digital transformation. You will take ownership of the complete implementation
lifecycle, from solution design and customization to development, deployment,
support, and ongoing optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for a

across the Zoho ecosystem.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Zoho applications using Creator, CRM, and One suite,
  including modules, workflows, and automations.
• Integrate Zoho with internal systems (e.g., Azure knowledge databases, SharePoint) via
  APIs, Deluge scripting, and REST services.
  
• Gather requirements from functional consultant, perform testing, and provide ongoing
  support, troubleshooting, and user training.
  
• Customize modules for ERP needs like hourly billing, bid generation from CRM data, and
  data migration.
  
• Document all customizations, maintain code quality, and stay updated on Zoho
  updates/best practices.
  
• Configure and manage advanced automation such as workflows, validation rules, approval
  processes, assignment rules, and Blueprints within Zoho ecosystem.
  
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and
  management decision making using Zoho Analytics.
  
• Perform development and testing using sandbox environments and support deployment to
  production with proper testing and validation
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
  field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in Zoho development and implementation.
  
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and
  Zoho Flow.
  
• Knowledge of Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow
  automation.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Good understanding of digital transformation.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Zoho implementation projects.
  
• Knowledge of system integration and automation tools.
  
• Certification in Zoho development or implementation.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional in IT teams
