Consultant -BPA

Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bangalore 

We are looking for a motivated SAP BPA and Workflow Developer with 2–4 years of experience in implementing, designing, and maintaining automated business processes across SAP and non -SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) (formerly SAP Build Process Automation / SAP Intelligent RPA) and Workflow management tools, with a strong understanding of end -to -end business process integration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using SAP BPA / SAP Build Process Automation.

· Configure and maintain SAP Workflow templates for business process approvals and event -driven tasks.

· Analyze business requirements, map them to SAP workflows, and deliver optimized process automation solutions.

· Integrate BPA bots with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.

· Support and maintain existing workflows and automation solutions, including debugging and performance tuning.

· Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to identify opportunities for automation.

· Document functional and technical design specifications for all automation solutions.

· Work with AI/ML or RPA tools (optional but preferred) to enhance process automation.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 2–4 years of experience in SAP Workflow and SAP BPA / Intelligent RPA development and maintenance.

· Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) components related to BPA and Workflow.

· Experience in workflow approvals, business rules integration, and form -based workflows (SAP UI5/Fiori).

· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and BTP Cloud integration.

· Familiarity with JSON, APIs, OData services, and event -driven automation.

· Strong problem -solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

· Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools.

· Experience in Process Orchestration (SAP PO/PI) or Business Rules (BRF+).

· Certification in SAP Build Process Automation or SAP Workflow Management.

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
