Your Profile

• To drive entire cost of production for live events/concerts within budget.


• Build long term partners / vendors for all the required elements.


• Preparation of budget and MIS on monthly basis / project basis.


• Drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of contracts (various: including formal,
  short form, and annual contracts).


• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all
  contract correspondence, contact information database, contractual changes, status
  reports and other documents for all projects.

Your Checklist

• Worked for minimum 6+ years in the finance commercial team for live events / IP events.


• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and market dynamics.


• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.


• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective commercial plans.


• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving cost & delivery targets.
