This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Utilize DataSnipper Documine to pull required data out of contract and complete the Contract Info sheet.
• Utilize customized Alteryx tool to check for duplicate invoices and labor/material charges and markups within payment applications.
• Track Schedule of Values (SOV) for each assigned project in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Assist with reviews of construction bid packages, proposals, amendments, and contracts.
• Assist with the review of change orders.
• Assist with in-process and closeout transactional cost and billings reviews of payment applications and supporting documentation.
• Assist team in identifying cost avoidance and recoveries.
• Possess knowledge of construction.

• May participate in other advisory engagements
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Finance, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience in construction management, construction project controls,  or construction cost control.
• Strong background in software used in the service line, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and PowerBI and Co-Pilot and Adobe Acrobat Pdf and DataSnipper and Alteryx.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
