Responsibility 1: Content Moderation Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring all published content aligns with Glance standards and audience expectations by thoroughly reviewing and managing content quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control and Moderation : Maintain high standards by moderating all content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines

Responsibility 2: Content Curation & Creativity Specialist

This role is centered on identifying, organizing, and refining content to ensure it resonates with the target audience, while also adding a creative touch to enhance engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Curation: Select and organize content that aligns with user preferences, regional trends, and current events, making it relevant and engaging.


• Creativity Enhancement: Introduce creative elements to elevate content, ensuring it stands out and resonates emotionally with the audience.

Responsibility 3: Content Publishing Specialist

This role ensures the smooth and timely release of curated and moderated content across various platforms, with a focus on global reach and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Publishing Process: Manage the end-to-end publishing cycle, from content preparation to live deployment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.


• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams for production and staging tests, ensuring seamless publishing and technical accuracy.
