What you’ll achieve

As a Consultant Database Engineer, you will be responsible in designing, administering, and supporting large-scale NoSQL database platforms within enterprise environments, along with strong experience in DevOps automation, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and AI-powered operational practices.

You will be:

• Managing mission-critical NoSQL databases
• Troubleshooting complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Driving database modernization initiatives 
• Implementing automation frameworks, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Leveraging AI-enabled monitoring and operational tools to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency

Essential Requirements 

• Deep expertise in distributed database platforms such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Neo4J, SingleStore & Stardog
• Proficiency in using AI and GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms to enhance productivity, automate operational tasks, improve troubleshooting
• Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered assistants for code generation, automation scripting, knowledge discovery, operational runbooks, incident management, and platform modernization initiatives
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into infrastructure, database, and platform operations

Desirable Requirements  

MongoDB Certified DBA Associate/Professional

Cassandra Administrator Certification\
