We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Dermatologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate must hold a medical qualification in Dermatology (MD, DDVL, DNB, or DVD) with strong expertise in diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail disorders. This role involves consulting patients, recommending effective treatments, and delivering world-class dermatology services within the clinic.

The Consultant Dermatologist will also be responsible for guiding patients in both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, ensuring that all treatments adhere to the highest clinical standards. To maintain exclusivity and ethical practice, the selected candidate shall not engage in clinical practice independently or with any other clinic within a 5-kilometre radius of any Kaya Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Consultations:
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, infections, allergies, and hair loss.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, topical therapies, and procedures tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations with attention to medical history and lifestyle factors.
• Cosmetic Dermatology:
• Perform and supervise cosmetic dermatology procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, anti-aging solutions, scar management, and pigmentation correction.
• Counsel patients on aesthetic dermatology options and design personalized treatment plans.
• Patient Care & Follow-Up:
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and comfort during consultations and procedures.
• Build long-term relationships with patients through regular follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Provide patient education regarding skincare, preventive measures, and treatment outcomes.
• Compliance & Ethical Standards:
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in line with medical guidelines.
• Ensure all clinical practices comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
• Adhere strictly to the non-compete clause prohibiting independent or other clinic practice within a 5 km radius of any Kaya Clinic.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, technicians, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Participate in case discussions, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Contribute to the clinic’s reputation by upholding professional integrity and excellence in dermatological care.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBBS degree along with specialization in Dermatology (MD, DDVL, DNB, or DVD).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing Dermatologist.
• Strong knowledge in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Excellent diagnostic ability with attention to detail.
• Skilled in performing clinical and cosmetic procedures with precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients.
• Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a structured clinic environment and adapt to organizational protocols.
