Vertical: - Insurance Preferred – Business is open to other verticals. Black Belt Certified Mandatory. Drive Transformation Initiatives. Identify key opportunity areas with client processes and lead projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Formulate improvement plans based on wastes and variation identified during analysis. Contribute and present in client reviews and meetings. Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation. Spread continuous improvement culture and drive culture of data based decision making. Achieve quality savings and productivity targets.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate, Insurance background preferred. Certified Black Belt from a reputed organization. Experience in leading Design thinking workshops. Must have extensive work experience in Process improvement/ Transformation / Automation / Lean Six Sigma. Willing to travel across sites & locations within the country or abroad. Accuracy & integrity in data handling. Ability to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab.
