This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Senior Consultant with reviewing and analyzing financial information, accounting records, tax returns, and court pleadings in support of litigation and dispute matters
• Assisting the Senior Consultant with litigation discovery on document requests.
• Assisting the Senior Consultant with financial modeling and analysis for litigation matters, forensic accounting engagements, and business valuation related disputes.
• Assisting the Senior Consultant with fraud investigations, including embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, health care fraud, and other matters.
• Assisting the Senior Consultant with dispute and litigation consulting matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, billing disputes, real estate disputes, post-acquisition disputes, IP disputes, trust disputes, lost profit analysis, lost wage analysis, divorce related valuation disputes, gift/estate tax business valuation disputes, contract disputes, eminent domain disputes, unjust enrichment disputes, and other matters.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business-related field or relevant work experience is required.
• Preference for 1-2 years’ experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or role providing litigation support, business valuation related dispute support, investigation, and forensic accounting services
• CPA, CFA, ABV, CFE, CVA, CFF or other credentials that relate to valuation and fraud and forensic investigations are desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling
• Detail oriented, highly analytical, and operates with a high level of professional skepticism
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
