More hospitals are coming up in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Assam etc other than the above mentioned state. We have a minimum target of coming up of 100 more hospitals very shortly.

 Post operative pulmonary embolism - 0.02%; against International incidence of 9%

 Acute onset Endophthalmitis - 0.003%; against Indian incidence-0.01%

 Iris prolapse - 0.014%; against Indian incidence of 0.4%

 Iatrogenic Pnemothorax - 0%; against International rates of 3%

 Pressure Ulcers - 2.8%; against International rates of 3 to 22%

 ICU readmission rates - 3%; against International rates of 5 to 6%

• To attend OPD.
• To do full history exam of every patient and record them suitably in Patient files and HMIS system.
• To diagnose diseases and prescribe medicines.
• To attend emergency duties related to surgery.
• To perform general surgeries / Laparoscopic surgeries on patients requiring surgeries.
• To refer to other specialists all appropriate cases.
• To do full history exam of every patient and record them suitably in Patient files and HMIS system.
• To attend IPD duty, supervise the nursing care & implementation of STP in all cases.
• Impart necessary training to Glocal Clinical and Nursing Staff as required to improve the quality of care to Patients
